Megan is the founder of Inspire Speech and Feeding and a multi-certified Speech-Language Pathologist, Orofacial Myologist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and feeding specialist. She is passionate about helping children and families overcome feeding and swallowing challenges while supporting healthy development from the very beginning.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Carolina in 2011, followed by her Master of Speech Pathology in 2013.
Megan’s journey is both professional and personal. After navigating feeding difficulties and tethered oral tissues with her own children, she felt called to create a place where families could find the kind of compassionate, specialized care she once needed. That experience continues to shape the way she serves families—with empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to walking alongside parents every step of the way.
With extensive advanced training in pediatric feeding, Megan supports a wide range of needs—from picky eaters to medically complex infants and children. She is especially passionate about supporting mothers and infants in their feeding journey. Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, she believes that nourishing your baby should be a calm, joyful, and bonding experience. Megan has been honored with four ASHA ACE Awards, recognizing her dedication to ongoing learning and providing the highest quality care for children and families. Above all, Megan is committed to creating a supportive, encouraging environment where families feel heard and empowered.
Megan believes her work is a calling and feels grateful for the opportunity to serve families with compassion, excellence, and faith. She is deeply thankful for her church, her husband, and three children. Megan enjoys traveling, weight training, and sipping a good latte in a cozy coffee shop.
Katie Nelson
Lead Speech-Language Pathologist, Lexington office
Clinic Manager and Lead Supervisor
Katie is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist from Florence, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2016, followed by a Master of Speech Pathology in 2019 from the University of South Carolina.
With over seven years of experience working in pediatrics, Katie has treated a wide variety of patients with diverse needs. Her clinical interests include early language development and the evaluation and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders. She has completed advanced training in several specialized areas, including Pediatric Feeding Development, the Beckman Oral Motor protocol, and the assessment and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. Furthermore, Katie has a wealth of experience in the areas of bottle feeding with medically complex infants as well as treating the oral function and language needs of children with Down Syndrome.
Katie also serves as our Clinical Supervisor, performing a variety of managerial duties with focus on coordination of our therapists and strategic planning to ensure the highest standards of patient care and efficient operations.
Katie currently lives in Chapin with her husband, Connor, their two children, Wren and Alden, and their Goldendoodle, Emmylou. In her free time, she enjoys going to church, being outdoors, traveling to new places, and going to concerts. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends and never turns down a cup of coffee!
Angelique Hallman
Speech-Language Pathologist

Clinic Mentor / Training and Development Lead
Angelique is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Greenville, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2021 and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023.
Her clinical interests include pediatric feeding disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, early language development, and difficulties related to infant feeding and oral motor skills. She has pursued specialty continuing education in Beckman Oral Motor, Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation (QOM), the AEIOU integrated feeding approach, and Feeding Development: Understanding the Spectrum of Eating in Children, with advanced focus on picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and pediatric feeding disorders. Angelique has extensive experience working with infant bottle feeding including medically complex infants as well as infants and children with G-tube. She is currently pursuing her Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential to further expand her knowledge and ability to support infants and families with breastfeeding and infant feeding needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Angelique serves as a student clinician and Clinical Fellow supervisor, where she enjoys mentoring and sharing her passion for the field. She is dedicated to supporting both families and students as they grow and succeed. Angelique further exemplifies this passion in her role as Clinical Mentor, providing both informal support and formal training for our therapists, ensuring our team of SLPs is equipped and confident!
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys walking in local parks with her husband, Will, and spending time with her four bunnies.
Lindsay Rush
Lead Speech-Language Pathologist, Greenville office
Lindsay is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics from North Carolina State University before completing her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Lindsay is passionate about supporting children and families through individualized, evidence-based care that addresses each child’s unique strengths and needs. Her clinical interests include pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, early language development, speech sound disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, oral sensory-motor development, and infant feeding challenges, including bottle feeding, bottle refusal, and the transition to solids. She also has valuable experience and specialized knowledge in working with children with cleft lip and palate, supporting their communication and feeding needs through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.
Lindsay has completed specialized continuing education, including Beckman Oral Motor training, Tethered Oral Tissues specialty training, and Feeding Development: Understanding the Spectrum of Eating in Children, with focused training in picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and pediatric feeding disorders. She is currently pursuing her Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential to further expand her knowledge and ability to support infants and families with breastfeeding and infant feeding needs.
Through her advanced training and clinical experience, Lindsay is dedicated to providing comprehensive, family-centered care for children with complex feeding and oral-motor challenges. She strives to create a supportive and engaging therapy environment where children feel confident and successful while partnering with families to develop practical strategies that carry over into everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Lindsay enjoys crafting, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her dog, Benny, as well as her family and friends.
Haleigh Schaller
Speech-Language Pathologist
Haleigh is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Ohio. She attended the University of South Carolina, earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2021 and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2024.
Haleigh is passionate about helping children and families navigate communication and feeding challenges through individualized, evidence-based care. Her clinical interests include speech sound disorders, early language development, pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. She brings a wealth of experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing, including supporting infants transitioning to solids, dysphagia management, medically complex feeding challenges, G-tube feeding, nutrition considerations, and diet expansion for selective eaters.
Through her graduate clinical internship and Clinical Fellowship with Inspire, Haleigh received extensive individualized mentorship and specialized training in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She has completed additional coursework in Feeding Development, with a focus on picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and anxiety related to feeding challenges. These experiences have strengthened her ability to support children and families through a compassionate, collaborative, and functional approach to feeding therapy. She is currently pursuing her Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential to further expand her knowledge and ability to support infants and families with breastfeeding and infant feeding needs.
Haleigh is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and successful while helping families develop strategies that promote progress beyond the therapy setting.
Outside of the clinic, Haleigh enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Matt, and their dogs, Bruno and Bayne.
Bridgett Leaphart
Speech-Language Pathologist
Bridgett is a Speech-Language Pathologist from Lexington, South Carolina. She began her academic journey at the College of Charleston, earning her Bachelor of Arts in German Language with a minor in Linguistics in 2013. Following the birth of her first child in 2018, Bridgett pursued a new career path in speech-language pathology, earning a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia College. During this time, she gained valuable experience working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, further strengthening her passion for supporting children and families.
Bridgett went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University. Her clinical interests include infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, early language development, speech sound disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. She is passionate about supporting the whole child by seeking underlying factors, addressing functional needs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary providers to promote meaningful outcomes.
Through her graduate clinical internship and Clinical Fellowship with Inspire, Bridgett has received extensive individualized mentorship and specialized training in pediatric feeding and swallowing, including comprehensive coursework in Feeding Development: Understanding the Spectrum of Eating in Children. This training has strengthened her knowledge in supporting children with picky eating, pediatric nutrition needs, and pediatric feeding disorders.
Bridgett believes that therapy is most successful when families feel supported, informed, and empowered. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while helping children build confidence and skills that positively impact their everyday lives.
Outside of the clinic, Bridgett enjoys listening to food, health, and wellness podcasts, baking, having dance parties with her family, and spending quality time with her husband, Henry, and their three children.
Carley Hall
Speech-Language Pathologist
Carley is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Dothan, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in 2020 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Auburn University in 2022.
Carley is passionate about helping children develop the communication skills needed to thrive across all areas of life, including speech, language, literacy, and feeding. Her clinical interests include early language development, speech sound disorders, literacy development, reading comprehension, pediatric feeding disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders. She has a special interest in supporting children’s literacy skills through evidence-based intervention targeting phonological awareness, language comprehension, vocabulary, and the connection between spoken and written language.
Carley has completed specialized training in feeding development, including selective eating, pediatric nutrition, pediatric feeding disorders, and anxiety related to feeding challenges. She is passionate about helping children and families navigate feeding difficulties through individualized, supportive, and family-centered care.
Carley values creating engaging, play-based therapy experiences that empower children and caregivers while supporting meaningful progress in everyday communication, learning, and participation. She enjoys collaborating with families to build confidence and develop skills that extend beyond the therapy setting.
In addition to her clinical work, Carley serves as a student clinician supervisor and Clinical Fellow mentor, where she enjoys sharing her passion for the field, supporting the professional growth of emerging clinicians, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. She is passionate about mentorship and values the opportunity to guide future speech-language pathologists in providing compassionate and effective care.
Outside of the clinic, Carley enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her husband, Hunter, their friends, and their two dogs, Moose and Maggie.
McKenna Snow
Speech-Language Pathologist
McKenna is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Augusta, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in World Languages and Cultures with a minor in International Studies from Georgia College and State University before completing her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Francis Marion University.
McKenna is passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they develop the communication, feeding, and functional skills needed to thrive. Her clinical interests include pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, speech and language delays, and social-pragmatic communication challenges. She is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care while creating a supportive and engaging environment where children feel confident and successful.
McKenna completed her Clinical Fellowship year with Inspire, where she received extensive individualized mentorship and advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of specialized pediatric populations, including children with Pediatric Feeding Disorder and Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. Through this experience, she has developed advanced knowledge in feeding development, including selective eating, pediatric nutrition, and supporting children experiencing anxiety related to feeding.
McKenna is committed to partnering with families through collaboration, education, and compassionate care. She values helping children build skills that promote independence and carry over into everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, McKenna enjoys crafting, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Kinsley Atkins
Speech-Language Pathologist
Kinsley is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Newberry, South Carolina. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Francis Marion University in May 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at Columbia College in 2022.
Kinsley brings valuable hands-on experience from her previous work as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in both school-based and early intervention settings, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting children and families with a variety of communication needs. Her clinical training has further strengthened her passion for providing individualized, evidence-based care that helps children build confidence and achieve meaningful functional goals.
Kinsley’s clinical interests include Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), speech sound disorders, pediatric feeding disorders, oral-sensory development, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has completed additional coursework and specialized training in articulation therapy, AAC for children with autism, early language development, and pediatric feeding.
Kinsley is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship year with Inspire, where she continues to grow as a clinician while providing compassionate, play-based, and family-centered therapy. She values collaboration with families and is committed to empowering caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their child’s progress beyond the therapy setting.
Outside of the clinic, Kinsley enjoys thrifting, exploring state parks, and spending time with her dog, Kaiser.
Isabella Sposato
Speech-Language Pathologist
Isabella is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from New Jersey. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina in August 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders at the University of Rhode Island in 2024.
Isabella is passionate about helping children and families find their voice, build confidence, and develop meaningful communication skills through individualized, family-centered care. Her clinical interests include early speech and language development, social-pragmatic communication, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, and orofacial myofunctional disorders.
Throughout her graduate clinical training and Clinical Fellowship experience, Isabella has gained extensive specialized training in the assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders, including supporting children and families with a variety of feeding challenges. She is currently pursuing her Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) credential to further expand her knowledge and ability to support infants and families with feeding and breastfeeding needs.
Isabella strives to create therapy experiences that are engaging, play-based, and supportive while helping children build skills that promote independence and participation in daily life. She values meeting each child where they are and celebrating their unique strengths throughout their therapy journey.
Outside of the clinic, Isabella enjoys exploring local coffee shops, trying new recipes, spending time at the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
Chandler Pollard
Speech-Language Pathologist
Chandler Pollard is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Lexington, South Carolina. She earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from South Carolina State University in 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Charleston in 2022.
Chandler is passionate about helping children develop the communication skills they need to thrive, build meaningful connections, and confidently participate in the world around them. She believes every child brings unique strengths to therapy and is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care that supports each child’s developmental journey.
Prior to becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist, Chandler gained valuable experience working with children and families in a variety of pediatric settings, including as an ABA therapist, preschool teacher, and early interventionist. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in child development, caregiver collaboration, and supporting children with diverse communication and developmental needs.
Chandler’s clinical interests include early language development and pediatric feeding disorders. She enjoys creating engaging, play-based therapy experiences that support functional communication, build confidence, and help children develop skills that carry over into everyday life. Chandler values family-centered care and believes that collaboration with caregivers is an essential part of helping children achieve meaningful progress.
Outside of the clinic, Chandler enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, as well as relaxing on Lake Murray with family and friends.
Nancy Rizo

Nancy is a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist originally from South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health with a minor in Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 2024 and received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from The Medical University of South Carolina in August 2026.
Nancy is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families through individualized and family-centered therapy. Her clinical interests include pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), speech sound disorders, selective eating, orofacial myofunctional disorders, and social-pragmatic communication disorders.
As a native Spanish speaker, Nancy is especially passionate about supporting Spanish-speaking children and families and increasing access to culturally responsive care at Inspire. During graduate school, she gained hands-on clinical experience at Inspire as a graduate clinician in Spring 2026 and is excited to continue her professional journey as a Clinical Fellow with Inspire.
Nancy has completed specialized coursework in infant feeding and swallowing disorders, as well as the BaByVFSSImP™ training program, further strengthening her knowledge and interest in supporting infants and children with complex feeding and swallowing needs. She is committed to continuing to grow as a clinician while partnering with families to help children develop skills that support communication, feeding, and participation in everyday life.
Outside of the clinic, Nancy enjoys shopping, exploring local markets, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Benji.
Karsen Walker
Lead Occupational Therapist
Karsen is a licensed occupational therapist originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy in 2021. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University – Columbia in 2023. Karsen’s clinical interests include feeding difficulties, sensory integration, and handwriting. She has a passion for supporting children to improve self-care and meet their developmental milestones.
Karsen has completed specialty continuing education including comprehensive training in integrated approach to pediatric feeding (AEIOU Trained Therapist) and Feeding Development, Primitive Reflex Integration, as well as torticollis to include treatment for torticollis’ impact on infant feeding. In her free time, she enjoys boating on Lake Murray, exploring new restaurants, and cuddling her aussiedoodle, Oakley!
Kaitlyn Greenthaler
Occupational Therapist
Kaitlyn is an Occupational Therapist originally from South Carolina. She began her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina before continuing her education in Greenville, SC, where she earned her associate degree and became an Occupational Therapy Assistant. After practicing as an OTA for four years, Kaitlyn pursued further education to advance her career, earning her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Studies and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in Concord, North Carolina.
Kaitlyn is passionate about helping children and families thrive through individualized, family-centered care. She believes in creating a holistic support system through education, collaboration, and compassionate intervention to help children develop the skills needed for greater independence and participation in daily life. Her clinical interests include sensory processing, self-regulation strategies, and pediatric feeding therapy.
Kaitlyn is dedicated to continued professional growth and has received comprehensive mentorship and specialized training to support children with a variety of developmental needs, disabilities, and diagnoses. She values partnering with caregivers and empowering families with practical strategies that promote success beyond the therapy setting.
Kaitlyn lives in Lexington, South Carolina, with her husband and hopes to become a dog mom in the near future. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks, spending time with friends and family, and taking every opportunity to visit the beach or lake.
Laurel Bradham
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Laurel is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina. She began her educational journey at Midlands Technical College, where she earned an associate degree in Chemistry and became Basic Patient Care Certified. She later continued her studies through the University of South Carolina and Piedmont Technical College, where she earned her degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Laurel has proudly served children and families in the Lexington area for over eight years, providing pediatric occupational therapy services to children with a variety of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other developmental needs. She is passionate about helping children build confidence, increase independence, and develop the functional skills needed to participate fully in everyday activities.
Laurel’s clinical interests include sensory processing, self-regulation, activities of daily living, and pediatric feeding development and disorders. She has completed specialty education in pediatric feeding and is an AEIOU Trained Therapist, further strengthening her knowledge and skills in supporting children with feeding challenges. Laurel is dedicated to providing individualized, family-centered care while partnering with caregivers to create meaningful progress that extends beyond the therapy setting.
Laurel resides in Lexington with her husband, two children, dog, and cat. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, completing puzzles, cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks, relaxing at Edisto Beach, and soaking up the sunshine on Lake Murray.
Joy Autry

Joy is a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Patient Care Coordinator at Inspire. She is originally from Kentucky and has dedicated her career to supporting mothers and infants through compassionate, evidence-based care since earning her nursing degree in 2020.
In her additional role as Patient Care Coordinator, Joy helps ensure families have a supportive and seamless experience from their first interaction with Inspire through their ongoing care journey. Her background in nursing and lactation allows her to provide knowledgeable guidance, compassionate communication, and meaningful support to the families we serve.
Joy has completed specialized training in maternal and infant assessment and is passionate about helping mothers and new babies navigate breastfeeding and infant feeding challenges. Her personal experience receiving support from a knowledgeable lactation consultant after the birth of her first child inspired her commitment to providing that same reassurance, education, and encouragement to other mothers and families.
Joy believes every feeding journey is unique and strives to provide individualized support that honors each family’s goals while promoting healthy infant feeding and maternal well-being. She is dedicated to empowering parents through education, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Outside of her work with families, Joy enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Layla and Atticus. She also enjoys reading, staying active, and working out at Barre3 Lake Murray.
Patrick Seiberg
Director of Finance and Operations
Patrick brings a strong background in leadership, logistics, and business analytics to Inspire Speech and Feeding. As a Captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, he serves as a Logistics Officer, where he manages complex operations and strategic planning. In his role with Inspire, he applies that same expertise to support the financial and operational side of the practice, helping ensure smooth systems and sustainable growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, outdoor activities, and most of all — spending time with his family.
Brandi Mann
Accountant and Billing Analyst
Brandi is an experienced accountant originally from Ballentine, South Carolina. She attended Columbia College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, and continued her education at USC Aiken.
Brandi has worked in a variety of accounting roles, including auditor, accounts payable specialist, staff accountant for a nuclear project, and controller for a large construction company. These diverse experiences have strengthened her expertise and deepened her passion for helping others. She brings over 15 years of accounting experience to the billing department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate support for families.
Outside of work, Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves her faith in Jesus, camping, gardening, and baking sourdough.
