Megan is a dedicated and multi-certified Speech-Language Pathologist, Orofacial Myologist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Feeding Expert with a deep passion for treating pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, as well as supporting orofacial development and function. Megan has built a career around helping children and families overcome complex feeding challenges.
Megan’s educational journey began at the University of South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2011, followed by a Master of Speech Pathology in 2013. In 2019, she founded Inspire Speech and Feeding, driven by her personal experiences with feeding disorders and tethered oral tissues in her own children. These challenges sparked her desire to provide specialized care and support for other families navigating similar difficulties.
Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her extensive continuing education and certifications, including the Beckman Oral Motor Certification, Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty Training, Foundations in Myofascial Release, Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation, Oral Placement Therapy, and GoMAP (Guided Oral Movements with Active Patterning). Megan has been recognized with four ASHA ACE Awards for her dedication to ongoing professional development and education. With over 300 post-graduate hours in pediatric feeding disorders, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work, from supporting selective eaters to treating medically complex infants and children.
In addition, Megan is passionate about supporting breastfeeding mothers and infants. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and through specialized training in maternal and infant assessment, Megan advocates for effective care that empowers mothers and ensures a successful feeding journey for both mom and baby.
Based in Lexington, South Carolina, Megan enjoys coffee, traveling, fitness, and spending quality time with her family. Her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of the families she serves continues to inspire her work every day.
Katie Nelson
Lead Speech-Language Pathologist
Clinic Manager
Katie is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist from Florence, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2016, followed by a Master of Speech Pathology in 2019 from the University of South Carolina.
With over seven years of experience working in pediatrics, Katie has treated a wide variety of patients with diverse needs. Her clinical interests include early language development and the evaluation and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders. She has completed advanced training in several specialized areas, including Pediatric Feeding Development, the Beckman Oral Motor protocol, and the assessment and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. Furthermore, Katie has a wealth of experience in the areas of bottle feeding with medically complex infants as well as treating the oral function and language needs of children with Down Syndrome.
Katie also serves as our Clinical Supervisor, performing a variety of managerial duties with focus on coordination of our therapists and strategic planning to ensure the highest standards of patient care and efficient operations.
Katie currently lives in Chapin with her husband, Connor, their daughter, Wren, and their Goldendoodle, Emmylou. In her free time, she enjoys going to church, being outdoors, traveling to new places, and going to concerts. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends and never turns down a cup of coffee!
Angelique Dominguez
Speech-Language Pathologist
Clinical Mentor
Angelique is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Greenville, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2021 and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023.
Her clinical interests include pediatric feeding disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, early language development, and difficulties related to infant feeding and oral motor skills. She has pursued specialty continuing education in Beckman Oral Motor, Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation (QOM), the AEIOU integrated feeding approach, and Feeding Development: Understanding the Spectrum of Eating in Children, with advanced focus on picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and pediatric feeding disorders. Angelique has extensive experience working with infant bottle feeding including medically complex infants as well as infants and children with G-tube.
In addition to her clinical work, Angelique serves as a student clinician supervisor, where she enjoys mentoring future speech-language pathologists and sharing her passion for the field. She is dedicated to supporting both families and students as they grow and succeed. Angelique further exemplifies this passion in her role as Clinical Mentor, providing both informal support and formal training for our therapists, ensuring our team of SLPs is equipped and confident! Outside of her professional life, she enjoys walking in local parks with her fiancé, Will, and spending time with her four bunnies.
Lindsay Dinallo
Speech-Language Pathologist
Lindsay is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics from North Carolina State University prior to earning her Master of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Lindsay’s clinical interests include treating pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, early language, speech sounds, orofacial myofunctional disorders, oral sensory-motor skills, and difficulties related to infant feeding including bottle feeding, bottle refusal, and transition to solids. She also has valuable experience and knowledge in working with the cleft lip and palate population.
Lindsay has completed specialty continuing education including Beckman Oral Motor and Feeding Development: Understanding the Spectrum of Eating in Children focusing on picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and pediatric feeding disorders. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her dog Benny, family, and friends!
Haleigh Schaller
Speech-Language Pathologist
Haleigh is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Ohio. She attended the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2021 and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2024. Haleigh’s clinical interests include treating speech sound disorders, early language development, pediatric feeding disorders, and myofunctional disorders. She has a wealth of experience in treating pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders including infant transition to solids, dysphagia management, medically complex feeding issues, G-tube, nutrition, and diet expansion for selective eaters.
Haleigh has extensive personalized training through both her time as a graduate clinician intern and clinical fellow with Inspire. She has completed coursework in Feeding Development focusing on picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and anxiety in feeding disorders. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Matt, and their dogs Bruno and Bayne!
Bridgett Leaphart
Speech-Language Pathologist
Bridgett is a Speech-Language Pathologist from Lexington, South Carolina. She graduated from College of Charleston in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and minor in Linguistics. Following the birth of her first child in 2018, she pursued a new career path, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia College and gained experience working as an SLP-A. She attended Baylor University and graduated with a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Bridgett's clinical interests include infant and pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, early language, speech sound disorders, and myofunctional disorders. She is dedicated to the holistic wellness of her patients, seeking root causes and advocating for multidisciplinary care.
Bridgett has extensive personalized training through both her time as a graduate clinician intern and clinical fellow with Inspire. She has completed additional coursework in the area of Feeding Development: Understanding the Spectrum of Eating in Children focusing on picky eating, pediatric nutrition, and pediatric feeding disorders. In her free time, she enjoys listening to food, health, and wellness podcasts, baking, dance parties with her family, and spending quality time with her husband, Henry, and their three children.
Carley Hall
Speech-Language Pathologist
Carley is a Speech-Language Pathologist from Dothan, Alabama. She attended Auburn University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders in 2020 and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2022. Carley’s clinical interests include early language development, speech sound disorders, reading comprehension, and pediatric feeding disorders, and myofunctional disorders.
Carley has completed focused training in the area of Feeding Development to include selective eating, pediatric nutrition, pediatric feeding disorders, and anxiety in feeding disorders. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her friends, her husband Hunter, and their two dogs Moose and Maggie.
McKenna Snow
Speech-Language Pathologist, CF
McKenna is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Augusta, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in World Languages and Cultures, with a minor in International Studies, from Georgia College and State University. McKenna went on to complete her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Francis Marion University. McKenna is passionate about working with children and adolescents, with clinical interests in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, myofunctional disorders, speech and language delays, and social-pragmatic communication challenges.
McKenna is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship year with extensive personalized mentoring and training to serve the specialized populations of children with Pediatric Feeding Disorder and Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. She has completed comprehensive coursework in feeding development to include selective eating, pediatric nutrition, and anxious eaters. Outside of the clinic, McKenna enjoys crafting, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Karsen Walker
Lead Occupational Therapist
Karsen is a licensed occupational therapist originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy in 2021. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir-Rhyne University – Columbia in 2023. Karsen’s clinical interests include feeding difficulties, sensory integration, and handwriting. She has a passion for supporting children to improve self-care and meet their developmental milestones.
Karsen has completed specialty continuing education including comprehensive training in integrated approach to pediatric feeding (AEIOU Trained Therapist) and Feeding Development, Primitive Reflex Integration, as well as torticollis to include treatment for torticollis’ impact on infant feeding. In her free time, she enjoys boating on Lake Murray, exploring new restaurants, and cuddling her aussiedoodle, Oakley!
Kaitlyn Eargle
Occupational Therapist
Kaitlyn started undergraduate school at the University of South Carolina before transferring to school in Greenville, SC where she earned her associates degree and became an Occupational Therapy Assistant. After practicing as an OTA for 4 years, she decided to further her OT career and went back to school at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in Concord, NC, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Studies as well as her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Through education, guidance, and compassionate care, Kaitlyn aims to create a holistic support system for families and children to thrive through family centered practice and caregiver education. Her clinical interests include sensory processing, self-regulation strategies, and feeding therapy.
Kaitlyn is dedicated to continued professional growth and has undergone comprehensive mentorship to serve the pediatric population across a range of disabilities and diagnoses. She lives in Lexington, SC with her husband and hopes to be a dog mom in the near future! In her free time, she enjoys watching any sport related to the Carolina Gamecocks, spending time with friends and family, and going to a beach or lake whenever she gets the chance.
Laurel Bradham
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Laurel is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant born and raised in Lexington, SC. She originally attended Midlands Technical College, earning an associate’s degree in chemistry and Basic Patient Care Certified. She later transferred to the University of Sout Carolina and Piedmont Technical College where she earned her occupational therapy degree. She has served the Lexington area in pediatrics for 8 years with focus on ASD, ADHD, and a range of other diagnoses; her primary passion being to foster independence and success with functional daily activities.
Laurel has completed specialty education training in the area of pediatric feeding development and disorders and is an AEIOU Trained Therapist. She currently resides in Lexington with her husband, two children, dog, and cat. In her free time, Laurel enjoys spending time with family and friends, completing puzzles, watching and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks, hanging at the beach in Edisto, and soaking up the sun on Lake Murray.
Joy Autry
RN, Certified Lactation Counselor
Advanced Nurse Lactation Consultant
Joy is a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor originally from Kentucky. She has centered her care around the mother & infant population since she earned her nursing degree in 2020.
Joy has completed specialized training in maternal and infant assessment. She has a passion for helping mothers and new babies with breastfeeding support to facilitate a healthy and successful breastfeeding journey! After getting help from a knowledgeable lactation consultant with her first child, she made it her goal to provide the same to all mothers with the same needs.
In her free time, Joy enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and two children Layla & Atticus, reading books, and working out at Barre3 Lake Murray!
Patrick Seiberg
Director of Finance and Operations
Patrick brings a strong background in leadership, logistics, and business analytics to Inspire Speech and Feeding. As a Captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, he serves as a Logistics Officer, where he manages complex operations and strategic planning. In his role with Inspire, he applies that same expertise to support the financial and operational side of the practice, helping ensure smooth systems and sustainable growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, outdoor activities, and most of all — spending time with his family.
