We are currently considered an out-of-network provider with most private insurance plans; however, we are happy to provide superbills upon request that families may submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Because insurance benefits and reimbursement policies vary widely between plans, our team is available to discuss options on a case-by-case basis and help families understand the best path forward for their child’s care.

At Inspire, we understand that investing in your child’s care is an important decision. To help make services more accessible for families choosing private pay options, we are proud to partner with CareCredit.
CareCredit allows eligible families to apply for healthcare financing and spread the cost of services over time through convenient payment plans. This option may be helpful for families who are paying privately, have limited insurance coverage, or are looking for additional flexibility in managing healthcare expenses.
Families can apply directly through CareCredit and, if approved, use their account toward eligible Inspire services. Approval decisions, financing terms, and payment options are determined by CareCredit and are subject to their application and approval process.
-
Inspire accepts eligible Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as a payment option for qualifying services. Using FSA or HSA funds may help families manage healthcare expenses while accessing the services their child needs.
Families are encouraged to check with their individual FSA or HSA provider to confirm eligibility of services and available funds.

Inspire Speech & Feeding is proud to be an approved provider for South Carolina BabyNet, the state's early intervention program for infants and toddlers from birth to age three.
If your child qualifies for BabyNet services, speech-language therapy, feeding therapy, and occupational therapy may be covered through the program.
If you have concerns about your child's communication, feeding, or development and would like to see if they qualify for BabyNet, you can submit a referral directly through the South Carolina BabyNet website at: https://babynet.scdhhs.gov/prebabynet/StartPage.aspx?utm_source=chatgpt.com
Anyone—including parents, caregivers, and healthcare providers—can make a referral. Early intervention can make a meaningful difference, and we're happy to answer any questions about the process.
Once your child is determined eligible for BabyNet, you have the right to choose your therapy provider. If you would like your child to receive services through Inspire Speech & Feeding, please let your BabyNet service coordinator and Early Interventionist know that you are requesting Inspire as your provider.
